History

The Student Center for Global Education was created as a result of the work of the Global Health Interprofessional Council. It was set up to become a central resource for the University faculty, staff, and students interested in fostering a global experience at the University. The goals are:

1. Building ties across campus and throughout the world where opportunities for student experiential learning can be realized

2. Developing a model for student training that embeds matters of global impact into the curriculum
